Swing Trading is a SCAM & Swing Traders are FRAUD Victims

Swing Trading is a SCAM & Swing Traders are FRAUD Victims

Swing traders are fraud victims. Again,
swing traders are fraud victims and swing trading is a scam. So I know that
this video is a little bit controversial but you have a Wall Street veteran here
telling you that I have never met a successful swing trader. There are no
hedge funds that utilize technical analysis and swing trading. The
hedge funds that I know they either take a directional bias or they make money as
market makers by profiting off the bid-ask spread differential meaning that
they buy large chunks of shares directly from the
exchange and then they buy it at the bid and then they sell it the ask. And then
they usually make around 25 to 30 basis points on a net basis and that’s how
they make their money which are transactional traders. So here’s my
transcript I graduated from an Ivy League university I completed billions
of dollars worth of transactions as an investment banker worked at Morgan
Stanley CIBC World Markets here’s a pitch book that we did for a complete
transaction this close to around $880 Million dollars this
was Metals USA we sold it to Apollo Management which is a private equity
firm and the reason why I’m telling you is I can’t prove that you’re going to
lose all your money by swing trading If you want to do it you’re
welcome not to listen to me and then buy some of their programs and lose your
money because not only are you going to waste your money by buying those
programs that are garbage and that don’t work not only are you going to also
waste your time in studying those programs because they do not work and
you’re going to lose all your money but you are actually going to lose your
trading capital because they do not work and I have never met a successful swing
trader so you will lose the money that you paid for the course you will lose
your time you will go through the emotional stress and the depression that
goes along with beating your head against the wall and constantly losing
money when trading and you’re going to lose money so again like all these guys
who claim that they make that they’ve turned 5,000 dollars into like 5 million
it doesn’t even make sense if you turn 5000 into five million then you can
easily turn five million into a billion and none of these guys have
verified profits none of them have verified statements instead they produce
fake statements they don’t trade themselves they trade a simulator and
they rely on fake reviews from their affiliates and also they create fake
websites but again this video is not for everyone I’m not trying to help everyone
I’m only trying to help those people who are on the fence and make sure that they
don’t waste their money and perpetuate fraud because if you buy into a swing
training program you are going to lose all your money the only way that you can
make consistent money in the stock market is by trading option premium and
maybe my style is too aggressive maybe you don’t like the way I look or
anything like that that’s totally cool you can learn from tastytrade tastytrade
is pretty good right the only thing I don’t agree with is the trade small
trade often I definitely agree with the trade small but the trade often and
trading indiscriminately predicated upon high implied volatility is not something
that I agree with and I made a video about why I don’t believe that you that
if you trade the tastytrade way that you are maximizing your profits and also
reducing your risk but at the same time selling option premium whether you learn
from me or you learn from tastytrade is infinitely better than swing trading day
trading or trading Forex for trading penny stocks because I am pretty capable. Worked on Wall Street I work really hard I have good habits but if I day traded
swing traded, swing traded traded penny stocks or traded Forex I would lose
money now I know that everyone thinks that they’re special I know that you you
appreciate and you enjoy being in that Discord group and having a sense of
camaraderie with the fellow members that you’re trading with but the goal of
trading is to make money and the only way that you can consistently make money
in the stock market is by selling option premium because you have a built-in
safety net and you collect money you’re essentially acting as an insurance
company and also as the casino the casino doesn’t care what games are being
played or anything like that the casino makes money with a higher statistical
advantage the longer people play. That’s what it comes down to so if you
go into a casino and you play just one hand a blackjack the casino doesn’t like
that because they can easily lose but if you tell a casino that this person is
going to play for five or six hours then there’s a very high likelihood that the
casino is going to make money because the statistical odds are in your favor
when you’re at the casino and when you sell option premium that is how
you’re acting as the casino and as the insurance company. So look you’re welcome
to not believe me, to disregard everything you want to listen to the
fake gurus and buy their programs that’s totally cool once you lose your
money I’ll still be here. And I’m going to be here to help you. Please like
comment share and subscribe to this channel if you have any questions leave
a comment below you can go to BestStockStrategy.com BestStockStrategy.com and enter in your email
address and receive over $400 worth of free training materials so that you can
learn how to trade option premium and I just want to reiterate that swing
traders who try to make 300% to 400% a year do not make good
options traders because what frequently happens is you guys will end up buying
options and you’re gonna lose your money by buying options too you need to sell
option premium not buy option premium. When you sell option premium you’re
gonna make anywhere from like 30% to 70% percent every single year so you
really need realistic expectations because if you try to earn a few hundred
percent every single year you’re just gonna end up being poor and losing all
your money so if you have any questions I’m here to help you I want to avoid the
emotional stress that goes along with you losing from trading and by putting
your belief into these fake gurus only to be manipulated and mislead
because these guys don’t have your best interests at heart
and yes I sell courses but look if you don’t want to buy anything from me I’m
totally cool with that because I don’t need your money. I was rich before I
started teaching so I don’t get rich by teaching. It doesn’t matter to
me whether you buy anything or not I’m just here to try to put out a video to
help those people who are on the fence so that they can avoid being fraud
victims because make no mistake about it day trading and swing trading is a scam
and day traders and swing traders are fraud victims.

Thanks for all the videos. I love your no BS style. I have tried day trading, swing trading, buying options on stocks, ETF's and futures. You are 100% correct. Now, if I could only get up the nerve to go necked. Will have to stay with verticals for now I guess.

Do you use an online broker to trade options? Or do you find a way to physically contact stock holders of companies?

"If you can turn $5K into $5M, you can turn $5M into $5B" Yet, as David points out, they don't. I don't think swing trading is, per se, a scam. I've made money from doing it (and have known others who have as well), but… and this is a big but… it takes a TON of research, a LOT of patience, and some degree of luck to do it right. Options, once you gain some skill, mechanistic rules, and discipline, is a far easier way to go. If anyone tells you, dear reader, that they can offer quick and easy returns swing trading using technical analysis, they are lying to you. Technical analysis = tyranny of the mob + reading tea leaves. Sometimes you can go along with mob, but sometimes the mob will turn on you, and the tea leaves are always poisonous.

Your idea seem risky. Example: if I sell a Put of Amazon (1,502$ now) January 4 at 1400$….But what happen if the stock plunge at 1,000$ ??? Lost of 400$ …..

Swing trading is like a budget. A budget does not work. You have to work the budget. Then it will work. I'll leave it here.

You are simply being dishonest by saying the only way to make money in the markets is to sell premium. That’s pure nonsense . And to sell premium and to be “the insurance” is absolutely not a guaranteed the way to make 50-70% returns . You are selling the hype just like everyone else.
Successful trading is a profession and it’s not easy.
100% Agree that most gurus are a scam, but that is not proof that you can’t become successful swing trading using appropriate risk, money management, a method having a statistical edge, and correct mindset. I’m successful being a swing trader and I’m no victim of a fraud.

your educational course is $1349, I wouldn't mind trying it based on what you say in your videos but that's way too steep. What's the best way to build an account up to the point where one can reasonably afford that? Also, how many hours is your educational course? Does the student interact with you or is it all prerecorded videos? Do you have another service besides tastytrade and yours that's more affordable so one can build up a sub $25k account to the point where putting on naked puts/calls and buying courses like yours becomes affordable?

I thought timothy Sykes is legit, he did appear on tasty trade a few years ago. I think Tom Snosoff is legit.he truly has a passion for trading. so I don't think all are Frauds. Technical analysis has a big following, as I understand it certain patterns have high probabilities e.g head and shoulders pattern statistically has an 83% accuracy according to the web site "https://samuraitradingacademy.com/7-best-price-action-patterns/" but hey that could be fake too. With that said I am sure there are a lot of fraudsters out there looking for website sites. Further while I think some can successfully trade penny stocks and swing trade. I find that the biggest problem is incomplete information, which makes it tough to teach someone else to do it. Some one told me you don't know what you don't know. And with trading a little knowledge is dangerous. But find tasty trade to be one of the best especially market measures. I have been at this a few years now and always bet small. Maybe one day I'll get the hang of it. Not broke yet

I strongly disagree what you're claiming. just because you have not met anyone profitable in swing trading doesn't mean there arn't. there are plenty of traders who go LIVE online everyday. You seem to have lots of issues with youtuber traders so let me give you some names as a example. "Ricky Gutierrez" and "Meir Barak" goes LIVE on their trading every morning and they have been profitable consistently over the years. Tim Sikes has also released all of his trading records online over the years.

I have a genuine comment here. So I was watching a few vids on swing trading and it seems like more than just a shot in the dark. It's not 50-50 if a stock will go up or down. If it's oversold and it starts trending up, statistically, it will continue to go up, you can buy in, ride the wave, and sell out once it breaks below the SMA/EMA. It works. I've done it and grown my account (minimally, but I'm new and only trading small dollars right now). You can look at my channel. I'm a real person who's seen actual gains (although I don't post stocks on my channel). I'm just wondering how people lose money when it's a statistics game. If you can find opportunities where the stock will increase, you make money more often than not. If there's something I'm missing PLEASE let me know. Swing trading makes sense to me, I've seen a decent % increase, but I AM rather new to it. Plus, when you ask why someone can turn $5k into $5mil but not $5mil into $1bil it's because you'd be insane to scale up your investment % proportional to your portfolio total. So when someone has $5k, maybe they're trading with $3k at any given time, but someone with $5mil is almost never trading with $3mil. I've seen (purported) millionaires trade with only about 100k. Again, I'm not trying to make enemies. I'm new to this and I'm just having a difficult time seeing where you're coming from. Your background makes me want to believe you, but an appeal to authority just doesn't work when I fundamentally am not seeing how trading is just a crapshoot. I've made probably around 40-50 trades and ALL have gone up after I bought in. I didn't always sell at the right time, but I also didn't know what I was doing early on. Recently, I've been consistently in the green. If you want to think I'm lying, you're free to think that, but I just don't see the scam. Again, PLEASE help me see it. I would hate to be deceived, and I trust someone with your expertise can explain it very well.

Sorry but swing trading really works. Im not a rich man but Ive made over $100,000 a year for many years and swing trading with research only takes about 4 hours a day. Mostly I trade oil etfs and stocks in a channel. Then you have the rest of the day to bother your wife and friends at work.

My advice is not to enter the market without basic knowledge. Binary Options is a zero sum game. It’s complex, so you need math skills to understand the market trends and different algorithm. What a party wins, the other loses. So the competition is fierce here. But a good system well developed with high tech algorithm like Mr. Mahmoud Abbas, Contact him today [email protected] com

the stupidest thing about day trading/swing trading is that they are literally competing against high frequency quantum computers (who also compete against each other). financial education should be taught from freshmen year of high school to senior year, incredibly sad that people waste their hard earned money on idiotic trading strategies.

I guess you never heard of Jesse Livermoore, Nicholus Darvas, William J. Oneil, Steve Burns, John Bollinger, Jerry Robinson, John, J. Murphy, etc., etc., etc.? I think your confused about swing trading….it's not like swing trading and daytrading (or worse yet penny stock trading) is even remotely similar. BTW the solid swing traders (not the day trader types) that use CANSLIM (who use fundamental analysis alongside technical analysis) or other position trading methods usually use options as well, often to hedge. There is no scam about it, and it works for many (though there is a learning curve and a lot of scammers selling courses). It seems you're throwing the baby out with the bathwater! Kind of like saying all used car salesman are scam artist when we all know there is like 3 who aren't (LOL).
