– [JAMES] Wonder Trade in Pokémon Let’s Go? It exists, in a form! And that’s what we’re going over today on Master Trainer, the channel aimed at helping YOU become a Pokémon Master! So, today we are talking about Wonder Trade in Pokémon Let’s Go. Now, as I’m sure y’all know, actual Wonder Trade does not exist. But, if we just hop onto my Dragonite here and open our menu, we’ll see that there is a way to do it. An unofficial way! This doesn’t require any hacking or anything, but rather, a universally accepted code. You see, if you go into the trade menu and you type in the code “Pikachu, Pikachu, Pikachu” which is essentially like just opening up the code menu and just slamming down the A-button three times. Or, y’know, don’t slam down on it. Treat your JoyCons with care. That’s the code to link you up randomly with someone to trade. Here we go once! Now let’s see if we can find a trade… Oh, there we go! And trust me, it’s always this quick! Of course, it depends a bit on your internet connection speed and what not. But, on my fairly fast internet probably in at max a couple minutes I’m always linked up with someone. I’ve tried it a few times. Here’s me linking up with another person. Then, there’s me being disconnected from said person since they didn’t like what I offered to trade. And here’s me trading one shiny for another shiny! Y’know, I really wanted a shiny Grimer. Am I the only person who really likes the look of shiny Grimer? And especially of Alolan Grimer? Let me know if you’re a fan of Grimer down in the comment section below! Actually, y’know what, let me know what your favourite shiny Gen 1 Pokémon is in the comments below! Trust me, this works! Try it for yourself! But, of course, just to try to show everything, as trading works exactly like battling does in Pokémon Let’s Go, and by that I mean, when it comes to battling online once again you have to select a menu and go to “battle someone faraway” and then the same code: “Pikachu, Pikachu, Pikachu”. It’s quick. It’s simple. Granted, since it’s not ranked/unranked battles like in other Pokémon games, you’ll have guys like this guy who decides to just go in there with a Mewtwo. With that said, he also has a bunch of high-levelled shinies and what not and I’m just using my basic team that I used to beat the Elite 4, so before we end off this video I’m just going to leave this running so you can watch me get my butt curbstomped. Sped up, of course. So with that, do you find this other? What other Pokémon Let’s Go! guides would you like to see in the future? Let me know down in the comment section below and while you’re at it why don’t you subscribe to Master Trainer for more great content like this! So with that, I’ll leave you with the rest of this battle and I’ll see you… next time!
